The treatments here do not change the shape of your face. They work on its surface and on what sits underneath it — hydration, texture, tone and the skin’s own collagen. Most are run as a short course rather than a single appointment, because that is how they work.
Four things skin asks for, and what answers each
Hydration and glow
Skin that looks dull and feels tight is usually short of water rather than product. Mesotherapy and skin boosters put hyaluronic acid into the skin itself instead of on top of it. A glass peel works on the surface, and LED therapy is the gentlest option of the lot — twenty minutes, no needles, often added on to something else.
Texture and tone
For scarring, enlarged pores and uneven texture, microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries that the skin repairs by remodelling itself. Combined with exosomes, it is run as three treatments a month apart, and the result builds over that course.
Repair and regeneration
Polynucleotides and PRP work by prompting the skin to repair rather than by filling anything. Both are used around the eyes, where the skin is too thin for most other approaches, and on the face generally. PRP uses a small sample of your own blood, prepared during the appointment.
Collagen, over the longer term
Collagen stimulators do not add volume on the day — they prompt your own collagen to build over the following weeks and months. That makes them slower and longer-lasting than filler, and they are always run as a course with weeks between sessions.

Which of these do I actually need?
This is the category where that question is hardest to answer from a website, because the right treatment depends on what your skin is doing rather than on what you would like it to do. A consultation is the shortest route to an answer, and it comes off the price of whatever you go ahead with.
How soon will I see a difference?
Hydrating treatments show within days. Regenerative and collagen-stimulating treatments are slower by design — they work by prompting your own skin to rebuild, which takes weeks to months, and they keep improving after the course has finished.
Can these be combined with filler?
Frequently, though usually not in the same appointment. Skin treatments and structural treatments answer different problems, and a plan that uses both is common. The order and spacing are decided at consultation.
What is the gentlest place to start?
LED therapy at €50 — no needles, twenty minutes, nothing injected. It is a reasonable way to see the clinic and meet Leah before committing to anything more involved.
